Dear Lord

I come to you on bended knee to ask your forgiveness for the many times this week I have taken you for granted Lord. You give us soo much and yet we are still grumblers about the little things that go wrong in our lives. Help me to be satisfied with what you have so graciously allowed me to have and to do. I thank you for putting me in a country that allows me to openly come to you any time my heart desires. I thank you for my church family, our pastor and his family and especially for my sisters at WFBC. Help Greg and I to be patient and wait for you to put him to work Lord. You know our financial situation and I know you will take care of it the way you see fit. Help me to accept your will in my life and the lives of my loved ones. I thank you for the new families that you have brought to WFBC and ask that you help them to know if this is the church for them and if not to point them in the right direction. I ask that you be with Mark & Meagan and their family as they start a new life in a new town with a new baby on the way. Bless them with peace Lord and meet their needs as you see fit. Lord help me to be the role model I need to be to my children and grandchildren. I ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the day you have given me.  Thank you for the blessings I am constantly showered with.  My prayer today is to make a difference in the life of someone else.  I pray to be used in a way that would bring glory only to you.  Give me words to say that would make a spiritual difference in someones life. I don't want to pray this as if this is something I want for the future.  Lord, set my feet in a path that everyday, today, I can speak your name and the ears that would hear are ears that you are drawing to my voice. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, Lord.  I know there are physical needs within our congregation that I am not able to meet but you can meet those needs.  I pray for your will in the lives of those that are hurting and in need of physical things.  Place someone in their lives that can help with the real needs of those in my church family.  I love you God and place my full trust in your perfect will.  I rest in your peace.  Guide and direct us as we make our way thru the beautiful days you have granted us. I ask these things in Jesus name. Amen

I am in awe of who you are this morning. You are so good me. I praise you for all your many blessings.  Thank you for the people in my life that help me realize what really is important. Not the money I make, or the truck I drive, but the relationship I have with you and the relationships I have with my children, my church family, and others. Being there for each other matters.  Thank you for showing me that this week.  Be with us as we struggle with the things of this world, and draw us closer to you thru them.  You be glorified.  Draw my children to you Lord, save their souls. Bless my church family and a double portion of blessing for my Pastor and his family.

That's the part of our lives we think... We can, and should, handle on our own.         May God forgive me for ever thinking...         That... There is a time or place where..         HE is not to be FIRST in my life.         We should always have time to remember all HE has done for us.       If, You aren't ashamed to do this...         Please follow the directions.         Jesus said, 'If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before my Father.'         Not ashamed?         Pass this on ONLY IF YOU MEAN IT!!         Yes, I do Love God.         HE is my source of existence and Savior.     0A     He keeps me functioning each and every day. Heavenly Father

I lift up your Holy Name Lord. I ask that you put your arms around me and give me the strength and endurance I need during this transition time at work. I lift Greg up to you as he is again waiting to hear if he’s been hired or not, give him and me the patience needed to wait on your timing. Lord God I thank you for my sisters at WFBC, for their love and their prayers on our behalf. Thank you for the works you are doing in the Martz family. Thank you for a Pastor and Worship Leader that hunger for you and pass that on to us as we look to them for guidance. Open my eyes to the opportunities that you put before me Lord. Help me to ever be seeking you, even though I am discouraged I know you are with me if I will only look your way. Be with the many children that are starting back to school, help them to be safe and healthy and to seek you. I especially ask that you surround Blake with you presence as he starts a new school year and is at an age where he is influenced by his surroundings and the people he is around on a daily basis. I ask you to continue your healing in Kayla and Hunter as they have constantly been sick and Lord surround them with you love and grace as she continues on a path that is not leading to you at this time. Help me to be an influence on both of them. Lord again I lift up Greg to you to keep him safe and seeking you, Lord help us both to seek you will in our lives. I ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ.  Amen

My Savior, My God, and My King

 I come to you today with a humbled heart, realizing just how far you have brought me. Thanking you for my testimony, thanking you for your grace.

My request this morning is for my sister in Christ.  She is burdened down right now with the things of this world. I know the kind of pressures facing her

today and I just ask that you watch over her and her family, sustain her and help her to keep her focus on you.  These times force us to decide whether

or not we will trust you.  Give us courage, wisdom.  Increase our faith.  I glorify you, I praise you, I love you!!!

Father,

I lift Marina Martz up to you today for healing. I know that you are with her and I want to say thank you. But Father, please continue to heal her. It is so sad to see such a young person suffering like she is. Help her to grow closer to you through her pain and suffering. Father, I would also like to ask you to bring healing to my father in law, Victor Borras. He has suffered for two or three months now and no doctor seems to know why he is suffering. Lord, you know why. I pray in the name of Jesus, healing and relief according to your will. I pray for WFB that we may serve you faithfully and grow according to your plan for us. Thank you oh God for your innumerable blessings. Amen.

Attitude is everything...really! ~ author unknown

Dear Lord,   Thank you so much for everything you do in my life.  I have been so grateful this week thinking about how you are always there.  I don't have to wait my turn.  Thank you Lord.  You know I am impatient.  It is such a privilege to come to you with every little detail of my life and know that you hear me.  Not only do you hear me but I can rest in you.  I know you will answer my prayers in your time and in your will.  That is such a comfort.  I don't have to continue worrying about things I have given you.  You know that I do but not in a way that I think you are not hearing me.  Forgive me for holding on to things when I have already given it to you.  Help me to know that you have my life in your hands.  You are working all things together.  I have such peace in my heart knowing that I am yours.  I am reminded as I pray about Michael talking about Job this past Sunday.  I know that all things could be removed from my life but nothing can remove me from your grasp.  I am overwhelmed with your protection.  Protection for my soul.  I am also reminded as I pray of a conversation with Austin this week about what value we place on things in light of eternity and the song we sing about earthly pleasures being vain.  Help me to stay focused on valuable things in your eyes.  Not to be caught up in earthly pleasures.  When fire destroys all nothing will be valuable but what we have in you.  Thank you for Austin's safe return.  Bless our church.  I ask all things in Jesus' name. Merciful God, my Savior and My King, I praise you and I worship you.  Thank you for saving me, for continuing to change me from day to day.  Draw me ever closer to you Lord.  Teach me your ways, show me your path.  Father what is on my heart today is just a desire to please you. In all that I do, and all that I say, In all that I think, may you be glorified thru me. Watch over my church family today, draw them closer to you. Thank you for all my blessings.  Thank you for your word, let me not take for granted that I will always be free to read your word, for even in this country is see that persecution is coming.  So help me hide your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you!!  I Love you Lord!!
