Thank you Lord for teaching me how important your word is.  Help me to delight in your law.  As I heard this morning on the radio,  show me in your word how to please you.  That is my prayer today.  Not to just look in your word for how I am to live my life but to search for ways to please you.  Let my life be pleasing to you.  By pleasing you I can then please the ones I love.  By pleasing the ones I love I can then show others your love.  What a beautiful picture.  The word "lot" keeps coming up in my reading and hearing.  Help me to know that whatever my lot is to be content and minister to the ones around me.  I pray these things in Jesus name.
