Father, author and finisher of my faith

I come this morning to worship and to praise you.  You had done great things for me.  When I was dead and on my way to hell you came to me and you made me alive.  And I live because of you-because of your grace. I thank you Lord.  Your word sustains me and I am kept by your grace.  I want my children to know you intimately.  To see how wonderful you are, and how wonderful it is to serve you.  Save them Lord. Bless my church family.  Teach us to pray Lord.  We need constant communication with you, daily, hourly, always. So teach us.  Bless our Words of Life weekend.  Be glorified thru Waco Family.

Father in Heaven

I come to you today thanking you for providing for me.

Father I come drawing on the strength of your word. Asking like David

that in my time of trouble, you hide me in the shadow of your pavilion.  In

the secret of your tabernacle you shall hide me, you shall set me up on a Rock.

My heart is heavy today with the burdens of this world, and only in you do

I find the courage and the strength to press on.  For as we’ve been taught it is not

Because the storm has subsided, but because You are here, in the midst of the storm.

And I thank you and I praise You today because you have not left me alone.  Bless

My church family, bless the children as they return to school.  I love you Lord.

Dear Lord

I thank you this morning for life more abundantly.

For all of my stuff, when I think my life is hard and I don’t wanna do it anymore,

and I think I’m ready to come home to you, and morning comes and your mercies are renewed, God I thank you!

Have your way with me today. I will not be short with anyone, I will not be cruel.  Today Lord I will serve

You by serving others. Forgive my sins.  Bless my church family. Bless our prayer time today and this evening.

Bless our ice cream social, our worship time on Sunday, and our Jeffrey Place ministry.  You be lifted high, Lord.

My Shepherd and My King

I thank you that your mercies are renewed every morning.

My Pastor says it’s good to pray your words back to you

and as I feel overwhelmed this morning with life’s woes,

I need to tell you that I know…

 

The LORD is my shepherd.

I shall not want!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures.

He leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul.

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his namesake.

Yeah though I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death

I will fear no evil, for thou art with me.

Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table in the presence of my enemies.

Thou anointeth my head with oil.

My cup runneth over!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me

all the days of my life,

Father,

Thank you for keeping me. Though I wander and lose heart; you keep me and do not forsake me.

 

Thank you for your Word; thank you for your Son; thank you for our daily provisions; thank you for your never ending loving-kindness. Thank you for being constant, for never changing. Thank you for your love and undeserved mercy and grace. Thank you for giving me life and putting a new song in my mouth. Thank you for surrounding me and covering me in the love of your saints. Each of them are an encouragement to me more than they will every know.

 

I rejoice and delight in you, Father.

Thank you for revealing yourself to me. Thank you for you Word.

LORD

Be merciful to me today, a sinner saved by your grace.  Help me to enjoy the beautiful day you have made.

Father I thank you that I can come boldly to your throne of grace and you hear me.  I come this morning

asking that you stop by here and touch the life of my co-worker Freda.  She loves you Lord as she is feeling

so overwhelmed these days, as are many of your people.  From sick children to aging parents to broken family

relations to money problems we are all in need of a touch from you.  Let us have joy in our salvation no

matter what we are going thru.  Bless my church family, bless our nursing home ministry, and a double portion

of blessings on my Pastor and him family. Be with Dayton today.  Bring healing to that situation and draw her

family to your cross during this time.  Be with Jay’tun as his mother comes home this weekend.  Keep him in your

care.

Pray for Lindsay

Dear Lord,

 

I pray that you give Lindsay a peace about her circumstances in College Station with financial aid. May she, first of all, find peace with You, for You are our strength and our salvation. If she is not saved, Lord God, please save her. Lord, I have a burden for the our country and the direction that this administration is taking it. No elected president in the United States is a surprise to You. There is a purpose in Your will for everything that happens. I pray that You will give our president wisdom and discernment, as these qualities seem to be lacking. God, You have the plan for mankind. Your word shows us clearly what we can expect in the future. My one plea is: come Lord, come. I pray also for Waco Family Baptist. I want to praise You for the growth we have experienced and what that signifies - Your blessing. We love you dear Lord and pray this in Jesus precious name. Amen.

LORD GOD

I just want to take this opportunity to praise you and thank you for the many blessings you have given me. Lord help me to keep my focus on you and not of this world. Lord I ask your forgiveness for my attitude and thoughts that are certainly not what you expect of me. Help me to seek your will and your way in all that I do. I ask that you surround my work place with your mercy and grace and guide me to be the example you would have me to be. I also ask that you help me manage the finance you provide to the best for my family. I ask for you to draw my husband and sons to you Lord, give me the courage to speak your name to them and anyone else you would put in my path. Lord I thank you for the wonderful things you are doing in the lives of WFBC and praise your holy name. I ask that you be with our pastor and his family as he strives to lead us ever closer to you. My Master, and my King,

I come today thanking you Lord for this mornings rising up, for all the things I take for granted that I’ll be able to do, like walk, and talk, and see and for most important, being able to praise you, I thank you Lord.

You are so good to me.  For my church family I am forever grateful.  Draw us closer to you as we draw closer to you in bible study, in prayer, in service.  You be glorified Lord.  A special prayer for a little boy named David who needs a touch from you healing hand, and a mother and father in need of comfort.  Bring them to the cross during this time.  I pray for my friend Freda and all that she is going thru.  Be her strength, guide her steps.  I pray for the unbelievers at Waco Family, within my own family, and here at Equipment Depot.  Let me speak truth seasoned with grace to them.
