My Savior and My King

I come to you this morning thanking you for your grace and your mercy.  Thanking you for being all that I need.  My cup overflows this morning when I think of how you have blessed me.  Forgive my sins, my failures and wash me whiter than snow.  Bless my church family with all we need to serve you.  I pray today for those you will bring to Waco Family, for those you have brought, and especially for those who are returning. Draw us closer to you, and closer to each other.  Be glorified thru us.  This Christmas season, may you alone be glorified.

Prayer request

I need prayer because I am not in a good place right now. Plus I am not taking it too well that Tim is seeing someone else.  I don't care to live or do anything.  It takes all that I have just to get up in the morning and go thru the day.  Luv yall and miss yall.

Father,

Thank you for the life you have given me. Forgive me for taking for granted your mercy and grace. Change my attitude at work today; give me your eyes and heart for my coworkers.

 

Thank you for how you are working in me and in the lives of my family members. Thank you for the people at WFBC that reach out and minister and love those in their care.

 

I want to lift up Jeffery's Place to you this Saturday. May the people who live there see you in the people of WF.

Guide and direct the time and conversations between the girls on Saturday evening.

 

May your will be done in my life and in WFBC.

Abba Father,

I come today thanking you for who you are.  You are my Savior, and my King. I love you Lord.  I see your hand on our little church family, keeping us, blessing us, and I just say thank you.  Draw us closer to you.  Bless our Jeffrey Place ministry, and  may you be glorified there.  Be with Stacy this weekend as she’ll be away.  Save my children!! My Prayer

Lord Jesus, I ask that you give me the patience and understanding to deal with the many trials that I have in my path today. Lord help me to have the right words to say, help me to speak earnestly but not harshly when dealing with my husband and son today. Lord give me the peace that only you can give. Forgive me for such a selfish prayer today. Know that I will be seeking your will and your guidance constantly today and for many days to come. I ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father my heart is heavy this evening. Trying to sleep and tossing the whole time. Thinking of the events of the day. Hearing all the terrible things that have happend today would make me question. But than I look to your word and it says you will never leave us nor forsake us. Lord I hold tight to that in this moment. For daily I realize that I control nothing, not even the breaths that I breath. May I always clinge to you Lord and nothing else.

 Lord thank you so much for the family that I so many times take for granted. May I always show love and mercy to them as you have shown to me. Keep us in your will. May we not vear away from the path you have before us.

Be with Todd as he leads your church, be with your church Lord as we walk through these days. May we be a beaken for Waco to see.

 

 Lord I pray you would be with those families that have lost loved ones today.With the families that have ones that are hurting. Comfort them. Give them strength to walk this road.

Thank you Lord for teaching me how important your word is.  Help me to delight in your law.  As I heard this morning on the radio,  show me in your word how to please you.  That is my prayer today.  Not to just look in your word for how I am to live my life but to search for ways to please you.  Let my life be pleasing to you.  By pleasing you I can then please the ones I love.  By pleasing the ones I love I can then show others your love.  What a beautiful picture.  The word "lot" keeps coming up in my reading and hearing.  Help me to know that whatever my lot is to be content and minister to the ones around me.  I pray these things in Jesus name. Amen

Our Father,

Which art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name, thy Kingdom come,

thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from ALL EVIL,

For thine is the Kingdom, and the power and the Glory forever.

Lord, thank you for being my comforter, friend, my God.  I want to lift up our church today.  Lord bring us workers.  Help us to be strong and mighty in our few numbers.  Give us a spirit of love and compassion.  Keep our eyes focused on you and you alone.  As we have read in your word this week, everything is meaningless and a chasing after the wind unless you are our center.  Lord the word meaningless keeps ringing in my ear as I see the people of this world moving around like ants.  Meaningless, meaningless.....I, as your child, have such hope and joy.  I see lost people all around me living such meaningless lives and they don't even know it.  Moving in and out of days and for what?  Thank you that I can see past the routine of my daily life to an eternal life with you.  I do sometimes feel that things I do are meaningless.  Forgive me Lord. Remind me that you give me the very breath that I have.  How can anything I do be meaningless when you are supplying all my needs.  I praise you for the work you are constantly doing in the life of my family and church.  Keep us in your care.  I ask all these things in Jesus name. Amen
