Dear Lord

I just want to praise your Holy Name! Thank you for the many blessings you give us each and everyday, especially those that we as humans take for granted. Thank you for the wonderful church family you have provided for me and my family. Thank you for my sisters at WFBC who love and lift me up, they are an encouragement to me. Lord God I continue to ask for your patience and protection while Greg is struggling to get a job. I know that you have something out there for him, just help us to allow you to open the proper door for him. Be with Bryan as he struggles at his work, help him to seek you for the peace and understanding that it will take for him to continue working at this place and if you are closing this door and opening another for him please help him to seek your will before he makes any changes. Lord I ask that you be with Kayla (Hunter’s mother) she is struggling and I don’t believe she knows you Lord. I ask that you help me to be a witness to her, not to stuff Christianity down her throat but just to be an example and a witness to her. I thank you Lord for the new visitors that you are bringing to WFBC. If this is the place for them to be Lord just open their hearts and minds to be a willing member of our body and if you have another place for them please allow us the body of WFBC to not be discouraged. I have witnessed your hand in our church and in our lives, thank you Lord. Be with all the members and their families of WFBC and help them to join in the services on Sunday to be strengthened in your will and your way. I ask these the in the precious name of Jesus. Dear Lord,

Thank you so much for your love and presence in my life.  1 John says that we can set our hearts at rest in your presence.  I love the whole picture of this.  You know all things so even in our weakest moments you are our Father and we can rest in you.  Our very being can rest in your presence.  Thank you for your word.  Continue to give me a hunger for your word.  Continue, Lord, to speak to me with every word I read.  Keep my soul rested in you.  My body may grow tired but you lift my spirit.  I ask you Lord for those in our church who are discouraged and may have fallen away to make them hungry for your word.  Starving to see your face.  Draw them to your word. I ask these things in Jesus name. Amen

Most Gracious Heavely Father,

I come this morning thanking you for who you are and all you do for me.

Father I am seeing so many hurting families right now, within our church, within my community, and then

I see the blessings of children, and the blessings of school supply needs being met, and open hearts to serve and it takes me back where I started, thanking you for all you do.  It all comes back to you.  I ‘ve been thinking about doors you’ve closed in my life, some of which I now understand why, some I don’t and I just have to say that you know what’s best for me, and I trust you with everything in my life.  One day I will understand all.  Until then God be glorified.

Dear Lord

I come to you on bended knee to ask your forgiveness for the many times this week I have taken you for granted Lord. You give us soo much and yet we are still grumblers about the little things that go wrong in our lives. Help me to be satisfied with what you have so graciously allowed me to have and to do. I thank you for putting me in a country that allows me to openly come to you any time my heart desires. I thank you for my church family, our pastor and his family and especially for my sisters at WFBC. Help Greg and I to be patient and wait for you to put him to work Lord. You know our financial situation and I know you will take care of it the way you see fit. Help me to accept your will in my life and the lives of my loved ones. I thank you for the new families that you have brought to WFBC and ask that you help them to know if this is the church for them and if not to point them in the right direction. I ask that you be with Mark & Meagan and their family as they start a new life in a new town with a new baby on the way. Bless them with peace Lord and meet their needs as you see fit. Lord help me to be the role model I need to be to my children and grandchildren. I ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the day you have given me.  Thank you for the blessings I am constantly showered with.  My prayer today is to make a difference in the life of someone else.  I pray to be used in a way that would bring glory only to you.  Give me words to say that would make a spiritual difference in someones life. I don't want to pray this as if this is something I want for the future.  Lord, set my feet in a path that everyday, today, I can speak your name and the ears that would hear are ears that you are drawing to my voice. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, Lord.  I know there are physical needs within our congregation that I am not able to meet but you can meet those needs.  I pray for your will in the lives of those that are hurting and in need of physical things.  Place someone in their lives that can help with the real needs of those in my church family.  I love you God and place my full trust in your perfect will.  I rest in your peace.  Guide and direct us as we make our way thru the beautiful days you have granted us. I ask these things in Jesus name. Amen

I am in awe of who you are this morning. You are so good me. I praise you for all your many blessings.  Thank you for the people in my life that help me realize what really is important. Not the money I make, or the truck I drive, but the relationship I have with you and the relationships I have with my children, my church family, and others. Being there for each other matters.  Thank you for showing me that this week.  Be with us as we struggle with the things of this world, and draw us closer to you thru them.  You be glorified.  Draw my children to you Lord, save their souls. Bless my church family and a double portion of blessing for my Pastor and his family.

Heavenly Father

I lift up your Holy Name Lord. I ask that you put your arms around me and give me the strength and endurance I need during this transition time at work. I lift Greg up to you as he is again waiting to hear if he’s been hired or not, give him and me the patience needed to wait on your timing. Lord God I thank you for my sisters at WFBC, for their love and their prayers on our behalf. Thank you for the works you are doing in the Martz family. Thank you for a Pastor and Worship Leader that hunger for you and pass that on to us as we look to them for guidance. Open my eyes to the opportunities that you put before me Lord. Help me to ever be seeking you, even though I am discouraged I know you are with me if I will only look your way. Be with the many children that are starting back to school, help them to be safe and healthy and to seek you. I especially ask that you surround Blake with you presence as he starts a new school year and is at an age where he is influenced by his surroundings and the people he is around on a daily basis. I ask you to continue your healing in Kayla and Hunter as they have constantly been sick and Lord surround them with you love and grace as she continues on a path that is not leading to you at this time. Help me to be an influence on both of them. Lord again I lift up Greg to you to keep him safe and seeking you, Lord help us both to seek you will in our lives. My Savior, My God, and My King

 I come to you today with a humbled heart, realizing just how far you have brought me. Thanking you for my testimony, thanking you for your grace.

My request this morning is for my sister in Christ.  She is burdened down right now with the things of this world. I know the kind of pressures facing her

today and I just ask that you watch over her and her family, sustain her and help her to keep her focus on you.  These times force us to decide whether

or not we will trust you.  Give us courage, wisdom.  Increase our faith.  I glorify you, I praise you, I love you!!!
